Sing-Along for Seniors
Experience the joy, community and friendship that comes from singing with other Seniors (Ages 50 to 105!). This casual and fun-filled Senior sing along, led by local singer, choir director and musician, Kate Bryan, will include familiar songs with melodies that span generations and genres with an emphasis on positive and hopeful songs for the New Year. Bring your love of music and a friend. No singing experience necessary. Song lyrics projected on a large screen for ease of participation.

Local singer, musician, choir director and performer, Kate Bryan, has been leading "Singing Souls" Senior singalong gatherings with guitar accompaniment since 2008. Her mission in life is to create community and connection through music for people of all ages and abilities. In addition to her Senior singalongs, Kate has taught Music Together family music-making classes, directs the Groovin' Women Choir at Pilgrim Church, leads the GirlSing Summer Camp and is a frequent performer and song leader at local Senior care facilities. She currently performs (guitar, vocal, clarinet, percussion) for special events, community festivals and private parties as part of the Kate & The AlleyKats and The Treble Makers trios.
