Calling all cooks, bakers, and food lovers!
Bozeman Public Library is hosting a recipe test club! Each month you’ll be challenged to think creatively about a dish or ingredient. Bring in your creations so we can discuss our experiences. Failures are also welcome! Program takes place at 6:30 PM at the Kitchen Table.
This is how it will work:
1. Find a recipe that matches the theme. Check out library materials if you need inspiration.
2. Try cooking it at home.
3. Bring in the results, the recipe, and any notes or comments you have on the recipe.
4. We'll taste test, discuss, and talk about our experiences cooking.
On September 3rd, we’ll be exploring sandwiches. Bring in anything that can conceivably be described as a sandwich.
On October 1st, its apples! Make anything that has apples as a primary ingredient. It can be sweet or savory.
On November 12th, winter is coming, let’s get ready with hot drinks. (Please note, no alcohol allowed in the library.)
