The library rocks... on rock and gem day!
Join us for a day of rocks, gems and fun at the library in the front plaza (in case of inclement weather, some activities will move to the community room). Lapidary artists will demonstrate how to cut and polish rocks on various pieces of equipment and talk about the process. There will be some easy rockhounding, sensory play for children and fun activities for the whole family.
Concoct exploding pop rock candy at the Kitchen Table from 2-4 PM.
All ages are welcome at this kid-friendly event.
