Get to know your community through food! On Thursdays, share in your community’s food traditions and favorite recipes with Thursday’s Table. We will have cooking demonstrations every Thursday in the Kitchen Table. Cooks will come from library employees and community members, home cooks, and professionals. This program is open for you to demonstrate and teach others your favorite recipes. For ages 12+

February 13 - Frosted Cookie Bars (flour, sugar, cardamom, baking powder, salt, butter, almond and vanilla extracts, cream cheese, powdered sugar, food coloring)
February 20 - Coconut Curry Meatballs (Italian Meatballs, oil, onions, peppers, coconut milk, green or red curry paste, baby spinach, jasmine rice)
February 27 - Polenta with Quick Tomato Sauce (Polenta, poppy Seed, flax Seed, dried peppers, parmesan, butter, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, olive oil, Salt and Pepper, basil, capers).
